CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & No-Show Policy Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will be subject to a 50% service fee, which will be charged to the card on file. Late Arrival Policy A 15-minute grace period is provided for unforeseen delays. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and will be charged the applicable no-show fee. Clients arriving within the 15-minute grace period may still receive their scheduled service; however, the appointment will end at the originally scheduled time, and the missed time will be deducted from the service to avoid delays for subsequent appointments.
